Tartan and shield really relate to the city and nickname.

Real good Admirals, Rubblestone.

Like the way you curved the top of Kent's lettering.

Fine font on Admirals, too.

Nice touch.

glad you liked it, but i wasn't 100% happy with it, as i have said before picking fonts is hard... also had a heck of a time with the color, and utimalty gave up (dont yet know if there is a way to match colors with MS Picture It, still learning

)

BTW what did you have in mind for aces, ie: 4 aces, pitcher ace or fighter pilot ace (played with all 3 but couldnt get the 1st and 2nd to work, yet)

It was the pitchers ace, but I think I actually like the pilot version more.

I downloaded a freeware program called color cop which will give you the RGB values for any color on your screen, you can get it here:

I have not tried any of the other pickers, so there may be a better one out there, but color cop works for me. there is all kinds of pun junk on this page

I wondered where Portlander went.

I hope to see more of your fine work here on the logos forum.

You really have a marvelous website with your mythical country.

One day I hope to do the same thing, but computer-wise it was a challenge to just download logos, photos and stadiums. DreamTeams, who also has a great site similar to yours advised me to wait awhile before I take on that task.
