Scoreboard font...how to change it?

The font used for the in-game scoreboard is terrible. Can anyone show me how to go about changing it?

Thanks

This has been discussed before not sure if there was a solution offered, try searching for scoreboard font.

There's a file in your OOTP6 Graphics folder called swift.ttf. I believe that is the file you want to change. Change the name of that file to something else (just to save it in case...something like xswift.ttf). Find a font you like...name it swift.ttf...put it in your OOTP6 Graphics folder. HTH.

Didn't work

The solution posted by albatross didn't work for me. When I replaced the swift font with other fonts, the scoreboard is blank. Any ideas?

When I tried this, way back when I first got OOTP like two months ago , I found that you couldn't actually replace the scoreboard font with another font. Apparently, the game looks for a specific font name inside a specific file, and just goes to a default (I think it was Arial) if it can't find it. I hope you can get it do that, eventually... I decided that the default looked even worse than Swift, so I quickly changed it back.
