Action photos are tricky and require plenty of work to get them done properly. Not an easy thing. You might have more luck asking for posed photos. These take 5 mins.

I'm just a beginner with photoshop . . . but an action photo . . . man, you have to select and cut the uni, which means it's very very helpful if the "pose" is the same for each player.

That's why a posed photo is easier, there's less fiddling around that needs to be done.
