Fictional player photos limits
Guys, I was wondering if there is a limit on how many player photos that can be used. For example, I am going to be using real teams. My league will be called MLB. However, I am using ALL fictional players. So far I have about 4,000 fictional player photos and I will be adding another 2,000 or so more (if I can find more).
My question, will OOTP6 recognize all of these fictional player photos OR does it not see any numbers past (for example, 2,500 photos) or will OOTP6 use them all until there isnt anymore ? Thanks. |

I don't think you'll have problems due to the sheer number of pictures, but if this is going to be an online league, not only will the pix explode the file size, but the sheer number of player##.html files will make the HTMLs huge in size.
SHORT ANSWER: I don't think you'll have a problem. |

That's correct - there is no actual hard limit to the number of photos you can use. By the way, if you have all the fictional players you can find and you're wanting a quick way to add more without actually mkaing them yourself, try simply reversing some of the images through a batch processor. Yeah, I know it's not the same, but the more the merrier
![]() ![]() PS - Cooleyvol is also right about the file size. If your league is online, I hope you've got a lot of webspace available
