League Banner Request

Looking for a banner for my league. It is a Mixed up history league, so something historical to current would be great. It is also a has a world feel to it to so if the world could be incorporated that would be great.

Standard size banner. Blueish

League name: WRBL or World Retro Basball League

If I get some time when I'm finished with knuckler's request, I'll give yours a stab as well.

Are there any other details you want included in your banner, other than just standard size, and a blueish color scheme?

dback I am should what ever you come up with will be awesome... Even the color scheme not definite. The Banner above for the GFBL is awesome. Maybe a little bit wider but other then that it is about the right height.

Since the site has not been built, I can work around the banner and make it work.

Maybe you need to go back and re-read his post. He specifically asked for a blueish color scheme, and also said that he would prefer something "historical to current world."

Another topic ---

Do either of you have a base Beaver Player banner... Not sure if you notice that I just join the GFBL as a Beaver and was thinking of trying my hand at creating a banner for my player and possibly opening up an agency.

Jsut wondering of either of you had the base graphic that I could lay over the top of with.

Hey quick question...

Can the animation be switched to go from land to flags, instead of flags to land. I kind a like the Flags at the end.

Ha, I knew the name 'Scott Stewart' sounded familiar. I saw it in your sig, and I couldn't figure out where I saw that name recently.

Switching the animation from land to flag is not a problem at all; I'll have that up in just a few minutes.

dbacks, you are getting so good, it is scary.

That is brilliantly designed...an especially nice touch is the 4 ballplayers and the progression of old to modern...flags are special, too.

I just sold my house and moved into a two bedroom apartment and I'm up to my ears in furniture and furnishings...haven't had time to try it...but I did follow your great instructions and am pretty sure I can do it...Thanks.

Incidentally, you did some great old fashioned logos for me when I had that 80 logo project about 2 years ago.

Remember, the circle series you did for the Philadelphia Athletics, Tacoma Athletics, Roanoke Robins, Oakland Oaks and quite a few others. Many have commented very favorably on the style you used.

I hope you get the guys in the Graphics League to help knuckler with the project...Shub, Cuss 16 and the other fine designers.

Promote it for him.

Here is the great Roanoke Robins you did...so don't say you don't do historicals well...this would be one of my alltime favorite logos.

I think you also did Brooklyn Robins just like the Roanoke logo.
