Please, help me out. I need to know how to DOWNLOAD Halofan's rosters, AND get them on OOTP6, I'm new to this game and any help would be great A.S.A.P!

You can download the All-In-One 2004 MLB Installer which uses the halofan roster set and does the work for you. All-In-One 2004 MLB Installer!

it doesnt use halofan latest updated roster he just made recently
