Event Generator and event.csv

I'm just about to begin the initial draft in my fictional league and am wondering about utilizing the event generator (editor). I think I downloaded it as an element of Henry's suite (ala Pierre?). I'm not sure.

In any event (pardon the pun), I'd like to add a little variety to the possibilities, but I'm unsure about a couple of things:

The first thing the generator/editor asks for is to load an event.csv - where is that? When is IT generated? I find injury.txt, do I convert or do something with that file?

Just not sure how I go about the process.
