Thank You

I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks to all of the guys who spend their hard earned time coming up with mods for OOTP. It really adds a lot to the gaming experience and the game just wouldn't be the same without these great mods and the guys who work hard to create them.

so, thank you!

what's everyone's favorite mod (any type) ?

Catobase, of course.
Next I'd put Pierre's utilities - they add a level of customization that isn't possible otherwise.
Then I'd also mention the many members who have contributed roster sets and photopacks - what an amazing amount of work you've all put in.
Finally, the many skilled logo makers who are always ready to come up with something creative for the rest of us.

Thanks guys - you all add a level of depth that turns OOTP from a good game to a great one.

Dude, the schedules? How can you forget the schedules?

By the way, at some point I'm actually going to do a genuine study in OOTP to demonstrate conclusively that a schedule can in fact affect the final stats of the players - not so much the hitters, but most definitely the pitchers should be affected.

Another thing to do on my never-ending list of things to do...

I'm gonna go with Lahman or Ankit's historical databases. Without them there wouldn't be any historical leagues. At least until someone else made a database.

as a commish of leagues, the Draft utility is my favorite as i never get enough use out of it!

the sad thing is, i made a roster set and i have never used it in a solo league, other than to run tests....is that pathetic?
