OOTP6 Boxed Ballpark Layout

This is a new park layout concept for OOTP6. It builds on the previous work of Soxman CCM and Henry. My personal problem with the stacked layout like Soxman CCM, is the positioning of the baserunners. I preferred seeing them relative to each other. With OOTP6, there is now a box in the top right-hand corner with runner positions, like most current television broadcasts. Now I can now live with the baserunner names in a stacked format.

My primary purpose for developing these layouts is so that if you are not playing in a city with a major league baseball team, you get the feel of wherever you are supposed to be. The large box can be used for a stadium image. With the other pictures accompanying it, even Fenway can feel at home in Vanuatu. The left-hand column is for the fielders. The box below that is for the pitcher and batter. The hitter is positioned in the proper location from a home plate viewpoint. The batter will cover up one home plate and reveal the one with the correct handedness. The runners are in the center-bottom box next to the base they are on. The bottom right box can be for anything, including team logos or jerseys.

I also have the option of taking the fifth box out entirely. You can put logos in the empty space remaining. This also shows what can be done with a single picture taking up all the boxes. After all, in actual game play, most of the boxes will contain player names so why bother putting pretty pictures behind it?

I welcome comments and critiques before I put up the final version in Photoshop format for download.

That's actually a cool idea. What other areas have you done?
