Manager face?

I have downloaded facepacks that cover all my players, but how do I get a face for my manager in the manager mode screen?

if im not mistaken, doesnt it take a file from your hard drive? in other words, if you have a picture of yourself, just upload it to your league

i could be wrong tho

I seem to recall you only being able to add a photo to your manager profile at the time of creating that manager. You might be out of luck.
