pure black fixes?

I seem to recall an easy fix for this problem, but I get recall what it was. Does anyone have the solution?

He means that when you have a pic with 100% black it is clear. I fix this by loading it into Paintshop and changing the brightness of the pic by 2%. This changes the Black to not "True" black, but still keeps it black.

Yeah, you just need to change the RGB to not be 0 0 0. If you make it, say, 0 0 1 then it's not *really* black, but it's pretty close.

You might say it's “fictional” black.

Oh, I dunno. I think there's room for some black in there.

As an artist, my advice is to add a lot of "bone" black. It'll stick out much further and you'll be able to notice it easier.
