BOSI Question: Initial Import

So I've got BOSI installed okay, but when I go to run the initial setup from the Import Data page, it hangs at Player General Information. If I try to import player info from the Individual Links section of the Import Data page, I get a server error: "Error 500: Internal Server Error - The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

So my questions then are:

How long should it take to import player info? Do I need to be more patient?
Any idea what might be causing it to hang?

I searched on the BOSI support forum, but couldn't find anything that suggested what the problem might be, and since CommishJoe's not supporting BOSI any more, I thought I'd bring the problem here for any BOSI gurus that might be out there. I should add that this is on a private server, not the official OOTP server.

Thanks!

I've never seen BOSI give a 500 error before. Ask your host for any errors that might have been generated in the error log. That might help narrow things down a bit.

Question to fiance -- How much do you love me?

Answer -- So much that we can get our legs tied together, walking 3 legged for the rest of our lives and I'd love it.
