Champ Banner Request

Hey guys, i'm sending out a request if someone could make me a championship banner. The champs this season was the Minnesota Twins. I made one last season, shown here:

If someone could create me one I'd like it to be 380 px wide by 90 px tall

By the way it was 2005 and the Twin's record was 113 - 49
