Problems with Cato. Please help.

When I go to import stats, I get an error message that says file cannot be found. It does not tell me what file.

Then it says there is a problem in line 2 of the teams.csv. I can't figure out what the problem is. I'm using the roster set of Rolen's MLB. Thanks'!

Not sure about the file not found, sounds like you a missing a CSV file for some reason. Why don't you look in your import directory and see what files you have in there.

For the team.csv file, make sure there are no quotes (that don't belong) in any field. A usual offender is manager nicknames. OOTP lets teams modify that themselves and sometimes online GMs will give their manager a nickname and put quotes around the nickname which screws up the import process to CATO.

I don't see anything wrong with it either. My guess is it is a redherring caused by the first error. What CSV files are in your import directory? I think we need to figure out what is missing and why first.

It is still saying ___ (blank, but blank is not there) file was not found. any help?

I downloaded the data files, and I got the same error about line 2 in teams.csv , but I didn't get a "file not found", so I'm inclined to think it's something about your league directory... either (a) it is not set correctly in Catobase's options or (b) there is a file missing in your league, lnews or similiar.
