Resize Deadball background photo, please

Ran this through all of the usual Photoshop stuff. Saved as a bmp. it exceeded the 100 kb limit so this one is in gif format. If you can't save this as a bmp email me and I will send you via email.

However it is all warped so I will email you...I really appreciate this...I am terrible at photoshop
