Looking for name file

A while back someone created an historic name file which I believe used MD's file but had "old time" nicknames added to the first names dat. I've tried a search, but can't seem to find it. Help would be appreciated.

The miscellaneous section has an 1880 name file and MD's historical name file (as well as others).

I've used both of those files. Neither is the file I am asking about.
