Free Program to make logos?

Hey, I'm looking for a free program that I can use to make logos for my new dynasty.. it doesn't have to be anything amazing, I just need to take some pictures of cars and put the names on the logo. are there any free programs out there that I can do this in??

windows paint and you can always download the demo for photoshop or Fireworks. They are full featured (I think) and good for 30 days. Good luck!
