i really like 10, 17, 19 but ultimately voted for 10.

10 is very crisp and clean and includes the theme i think of in hearing Tejanos (red, white, and blue color / ranchers)

the overlay of the rancher in 19 is a nice subtle touch

17 has a nice southwestern tone to it. makes me think of the clay based soil in the region.

I voted for number 17 as it really does feel like San Antonio. It reminds me a lot of the logos that have been used by the city for other events like the Final Four, and so I could really see it being used.
