For those that are looking for a serious challange

Hey all

I'm wondering if there's a few graphic designers/html experts out here that are intrested in a serious challange.

I'm looking for a template to be done for the site that I'm working on. Programming and databases I cna handle, but making something look cool? No freakin way, I dont have a cerative bone in my body.

This is why I'm emploring the awesome folks out there for help, and a bit of an unusual challange.

I'm doing a site for the SSBL, and I've got the basic site up dn running right now. However the default skins leave much to be desired. That's why I'm looking for anyone that woudl like to design one that would fit the flavour of the site. For some examples, have a look at the following threads for submissions for logos and banners:

SSBL web banner <--some baner ideas that were submitted. Very nice. We actually used all of them

Join the South Seas Baseball league! <--The thread that started this, it has some logos of the teams that were made by some great folks, and gives you a good idea of where this league is located geographically and historically.

For those that want to know some techy info. Our main site uses CPG-Nuke, a offshoot of PHPNuke, with phpBB for the forums. The web address is at http://www.southseasbaseball.net/index.php

I dont know if this will get any feedback or if everyone will think i'm crazy, but if anyone wants to take on the challange of making a template, I'd love to hear back, and thanks a bunch in advance

We'll be using all of these templates, with the winner being the default for the whole site

Not up for the challenge sorry. I have a site designed that looks like PhP but is actually HTML. I like that much better I have a lot more freedom to do what I want.

fair enough, just figured since my design skills suck ass, I'd open up the challange to folks on here that actually know what they're doing. As evident by the logo contest, there's quite a few of them

sure thing. I havent even decided if i'm going to keep it, it totally depends on what the owner (aka Falls) wants. He might just stick with the forum and some links to other stuff
