Question Player Ratings Editor

Hi All.

Like the title says, "Is there a Player Ratings Editor for OOTP6?" I suppose while I'm at it ... is there a MOD to covert FPS Ratings to OOTP6?

Thanks.

You can edit player ratings from within the game assuming you aren't in Manager Mode. If you are using Manager Mode there is a utility that will turn it off for you.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I meant an 'external' editor like Pierre's, but one that works with OOTP6.

Thanks.

The question that comes to mind is why do you want an external editor if you can do it within the game? The internal editor does everything an external editor would do.

Easily answered.

1. I can't do global rating changes in OOTP6, unless it's one-by-one.
2. As a Commissioner, I want to set up the Draft Players ahead of time using real prospect or MLB drafted players. An external editor would allow that to be completed with Actual ratings and posted ahead of time for the owners to review.
3. I often have assistance to lessen the onerous task of researching potential draftees and assigning ratings. An editor would enable more than one person to do this task without necessarily having the game.

I hope this clears things up.

Thanks.

Makes sense. I assume your familiar with the editors Pierre has - although I don't think they would help you with these issues. Just for the record - and to answer your question (which I should have done last time) - no, there isn't a player editor. Pierre pretty much is the single utility writter OOTP has. There have been a few other utilities/editors over the years (don't want to dilute those author's efforts) but by far, Pierre is our #1 guy. If he hasn't done it, it likely isn't available.
