Help with BOSI v1?

I'm having a problem getting the menu to show up under the league abbreviation.

If anyone familiar with v1 of BOSI could give me a hand, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Here's the error IE is giving me:

Error: 'MENU_ITEMS' is undefined

I'm not sure how I go about defining it. I didn't make any changes to the code at all... :-/

Nevermind.... "I'm a moron" is the official reason I wasn't getting the menu to work.

FYI, I was getting the error because I had apostrophes in the team name and team nickname, so it was looking for a piece of code after the apostrophe. So I had to go take out the apostrophe's in OOTP, then re-do the csv's and re-import.
