The file has been updated and there are a few changes that have been made

among them are:
-adjusted some more rookies and minor leaguers
-added more rookies
-deleted some players that have been out for a year (i dont like removing them unless they have been out for about a year)
-added some players that have signed contracts from Japan or Indie Leagues
-transactions are up to date till today (A.M.)

Things that will not be adjusted by me:
-Fan interest and market size
-commas will not be removed by me only because there is a ton of them
-will not revamp a players ratings unless they can prove that they have more than one good season, so dont ask me to make Adrian Beltre a 4.5-5 star player
-player movements will not be done by me because there is too many discrepancies as to who deserves a roster spot. I will make player movements when the regular season is ready to show who made and didnt make the team

Keep in mind that you will need to go into league setup and adjust things/settings as YOU want them. I do not make up the stats, the players do and all i do is implement them and that is what produces the ratings.

The next set will be out a day or 2 before opening day and every 2-3 weeks after that.
