Where can I find all-in-one?

I remember a long time ago downloading a program that would install face packs, rosters, and stadiums at the same time. (I believe those were the three)

I can't seem to find that same program. It was an all-in-one type thing. Can anyone tell me which program this was, and how I can find it?
