I'm liking all the new screens, but will it be possible to print out any of those like stats, schedules, etc.? There's just something about having a hard copy...

Well, most of this stuff will go to HTML reports, which you can print. You can also export data to Excel, Access, MySQL, etc., which would then be printable. But no, there's no in-game "Print" function.
