ok just a simple dumb question.

version 6.5 is the latiest version right? cause someone told me that it was version 6.

2006 is the latest version.

6.5 is the next most recent, but it requires a license for OOTP 6 to run.

ok so i have both right now and im playing 6.5 should i be playing 6.0 no right cause 6.5 is an update for 6.0?

Version 6.0 came out awhile back. That was updated with version 6.5. On May 31 of this year, OOTP 2006 was released. That's the latest version. If you don't want to purchase the latest version, you should play version 6.5.
