Player Editing/Creating

I am new to the 2006 game, which seems to be a little different here, how do I edit/create players names/ratings/etc... It used to be in the top right corner for 5, 6, etc... I couldn't seem to figure it out, although I am sure its probably the most simple thing that I am overlooking.

Please help me out here. Thanks a lot guys

you need to be in commisioner mode to edit players. click the check box on your manager home page.
