Free Trial Version Rosters?

I was wondering if there is a way to get actual big league players, instead of just made-up players. Also, if there is a way that you don't have to do a fantasy draft, and that all the players are already on your team.

You can also start a "historical" league with the rosters as of the end of 2005, through the following procedure:

I may have misspoken. That database may be set up as of the beginning of x year. But anyway, you get real players. And there is a setting to import real players in subsequent years, too, if you start a true historical league. (It's pretty cool drafting Roger Clemens to the Cubs.)
