What roster patch should I get? Link Please.
How do export the stats to a website?
When starting the game, I would have to make a manager for every team so I could do trades and stuff.

Well, not to throw a wet blanket on your interest but if it was me I'd first be a part of a league for a year or two as a GM since it sounds like alot of this stuff is unfamiliar. Then once you are comfortable with things to then begin the league......but that's just me.

I ran a league in 2000 with st baseball ill be fine

I also need a roster file with all the aaa and aa and a teams and mlb where all teams I can control...

Another thing, How come I cant have minor leagues, Im using the most up to date rosters cubby had in his signature.

If you plan on running a league, the way you're responding to people on here, I hope you already have all your owners in place because you're not gonna have much luck recruiting from this board if you aren't a little less annoying

Just remember, the Search feature can be your best friend. many many things can be answered by searching them

Well you want to run a league, yet you don't even want to do your own work to find simple answers. If I were a GM, I wouldn't be convinced you'd be willing to do the work necessary to run the league properly.
