One pitch mode

This has probably been asked before but a search didn't produce any meaningful results I don't believe.

How do you turn off the one pitch mode?

I think one of the results from the search said hit "Enter"? Is that all there is to it?

If you hit enter, the at-bat will be simmed. However, the default of any at-bat will be pitch-by-pitch unless you hit enter.

In other words, there is no true one-pitch mode.
