Mac User Purchased Through eLicense

For lack of a contact email for anyone at SIGames (bad form SIGame folks!), I thought I'd post this here to see if anyone salutes it. The SIGames website seems to be a little deficient in providing a clear pathway for Mac users to purchase OOTB '06 ... at least I didn't pick up on it until I had already gone through eLicense and was presented with a PC executable for my $34. I proceeded to download the Mac set-up version and install, thinking I could use my order ID to activate the license, then discovered that the eLicense ID is useless for the Mac version and that the Mac version should have been purchased through eSellerate. So, here I am out $34 with a less-than-fully-functional Mac version. At this point, I'm a very unhappy camper.

I emailed info@sigames.com, as that was the only thing I could find on their site, but I wanted to see if anyone else (Mac users specifically) had had a similar experience and gotten satisfaction.

You could try sending a PM or email to Marc Duffy(http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...er.php?u=9096). If anyone can help you he can.

You should contact ViaTech with this problem. They would be the ones to handle the actual refund.

The one time I've had to get a refund I had absolutely no problem, and it wasn't even as good of a reason as yours.

Please drop a post to tell us how this turns out!

Thanks guys ... appreciate the assistance. I've emailed Marc at SI to see if he can provide a solution, and I'm hoping I'll be able enjoy my purchase sometime tomorrow.
