How do you turn off A.I. GM?

I have set up a new manager and have been playing with Rolens latest Roster. The GM of my team has been making roster moves, releasing players and modifying the 4o man roster. There used to be a way under team setup that you could allow for human management of the roster. How do you do that now???

Dave - I answered you on the General Discussions board. Just in case they move your post, here's what I said:

I believe it's this, on a team-by-team basis:

1) Sign on as a commissioner.

2) Team Home Page, Options & Ballpark

3) Check the box that says something like "Prevent AI Roster Changes to this Team."

If, however, you want *no* AI roster control anywhere in the game, I think you then want the "Set all teams to NOT allow AI roster changes" option on the Other Functions Action Menu in League Setup. The game guide describes this as "Forbids the AI from making any roster changes. This would often be used by players who want to control all aspects of every team in the league."

Choose Manager => Home Page and then at the top there is a checkbox for play in commissioner mode. Just check that and you are in commish mode.

Click Game, then Add General Manager. Then click Add Another Manager (button in lower left - unless you do this, you will end up editing your existing manager). A new identity with the default name "Joe Unknown" will be created. Edit this the way you want; you can leave the name alone or change it. The important thing is to click the Play in Commissioner Mode box for this identity. If you don't do that, he is just another manager. Then click OK.

Now you have to select the commissioner by clicking Game, Select Human Manager. Pick the commissioner, do the changes that you want to do with this identity selected (see the Game Guide for what you can do with a commissioner), then go back to Game, Select Human Manager and choose your normal GM identity. You should be ready to go at that point.

Edit - Goodsox came up with the shortcut. Thanks, Goodsox.
