Newb Question

Hi,

i play with the World Universe Roster.
At Jan. 12 when i will sim to the next day it comes this message:

Namibia ha an illegal Number of players on the active roster

i dont understand the message, i play with the cleveland indians in the mlb.

i can not sim forward to the next day.

please help me

I think this means that the team does not have enough players on the roster to play a game. If you are the general manager of the organization that the team is a member of (or the commissioner), you just need to sign some free agents and assign them to the roster. You can also fill the team with fictional players this way as a shortcut (caution - I don't use roster sets, so I don't know how this affects them):

Hmmm. Or, it could mean that you have TOO MANY players on the roster if you are about to have your season's opening day (Jan 12, winter league?). In that case, you have to release some players or reassign them to the minor leagues or reserve roster to get down to the league's team limit for the maximum number of players.

Hi 1998 yankees,

thanks for your help, the roster from namibia have not enough players on active roster.
its hard for an newb to find the options to change the roster.
