Pro Sim Baseball Looking for 3

PSB is a league now in its 5th season. We are currently in the FA period and have three N.L. teams open.

The Mets and the Cardinals are both real solid ball clubs. Both of these teams have been in the playoffs more then once.

The Phillies are the 3rd team. They are in shambles. This is a team one would want if he thinks OOTP has been getting too easy for him or if someone just wants a real challange. It is a real fixer upper as they finished 6th to last in the preivous year, have one of the worst minor league systems, and have no 1st round pick.

NO Rule 5 Draft
Waiver Wire System On
Cash cap at 40 million (with a bank to hold excess funds)
Stadium construction and renovation allowed with extra funds

Great League with a good set of GM's who are highly competative.
