General Manager question

Do I have to create a General Manager for each team that is going to be human controlled?

Aside from setting up the league settings and rules and making sure it's set to Online League, is there anything else I have to do before releasing the file to the owners?

I've commished in two leagues with previous OOTP versions, but so far OOTP'06 is completely throwing me off when it comes to setting this all up correctly.

You do have to create a GM for each human team.

It's nice having them, yeah, but it'd be even nicer if the actual GMs could enter their own info on a screen like the old Team Setups.

It sucks having to enter 30 managers one by one.
