How do you go to GAME SETUP within an online league

I just converted my sim league over, but it seems that the "Game Setup" option dissapears from the "Game" menu in online leagues.

I am the commish and need to access the Game Setup. Any idea how to get to it?

You need to be playing as the comssioner if you are not already.

Go to manager home page and check the 'play as comissioner' box.
