The International Association of Baseball's USBA league still has three openings.

Phoenix Fire

We will be drafting as soon as we are full, and then we can go over any changes that may be necessary, and be ready by the time the patch comes out next week (hopefully that is true). If you are interested head over to the site and visit the forum.

Haven't had any problems. I would re-register. And see if it works. Right now, we don't have any openings. But that could change depending on a response from a prospective owner. You can post on the waiting list, in the registration forum. We will be opening our Japanese league soon, and you will have a chance at a team in that league. Remember, owning the game is required.
