Looking for OOTP 2006 League

With the following criteria:

Active Owners
Owners that act like adults
Fictional Players
Scouts On.

Let me know if you know a league with an opening that meets the above.

We have a Japanese League starting up. If your interested, head over to the Forums, and register under "Nippon Professional Baseball".

The league meets all your criteria, except that we don't have any owners yet.
