Anyone Interested in Helping Start a OOTP 2006 League?

I am looking for a small group of OOTP 2006 players who are interested in starting a new league. Before the league could form, discussions need to be had about the format and rules for the new league.

Also if any of you looking for a league to join are html'ers and would like to design a website for this new league then please speak up. I can design a basic page but would rather have something a little fancier
