League Forming Finally

I tried starting this up 2 months ago, but was unsuccessful because of the glitches in the game and lack of rosters... Got Really Busy, but I'm done with work for the Summer Next week so we're gonna get it going

So here is the League Status
1. The Webpage is being constructed tonight by me and my buddy
2. We are going to use CubbyFan's Rosters
3. We WILL require that you have OOTP 2006 to be in the league now.
4. We will be starting in 2006.
