Online League - Program - Question

I was thinking about a new utility and came up with this: Would anyone running an online league be interested in it?

The program would let you assign an e-mail address for each team. The prorgam would only work if you are using Outlook or Outlook Express to send your mail, as the program would use those settings.

The program would send an HTML file e-mail to the users with e-mails that contained:

Team News
League News
Trade News
Injury Reports
Standings
etc...

You could even create an HTML page that would let them subscribe to the reports that they want.

The information could also possibly be sent to pagers or cell phones.

So, after you run the sim, while you are uploading the information to your server, you would run my program and it would e-mail the teams the latest information on the league.

It could also be used to send survey questions or other league news.

Any interest?

I would be very interested.
I would suggest that there is an opt-in, opt-out feature in the email, so we don't bog down people's mail boxes with this.
