Interest in new fictional league?

I'm considering starting a small, fictional league based on the idea that in 10 years MLB will have killed itself due to steroids. It would have around 20 teams, each with minor leagues, with fictional players and probably starting off with a fantasy draft. Would a league like this generate interest here?

Also, I'm open to other ideas if offered.

Im interested in participating a fictional league, ive had the game 2 months now and am interested in seeing how I do with other human GMs.
