Phillies available in HFTC (v5 league *free* game)

This is an OOTP5 League. The game is required, however can be supplied for free. Those new to OOTP online leagues are encouraged to join us.

We are currently 3 days into FA bidding of our 16th season and are nearly 3 years old real time. You won't find a larger, more dedicated, rock solid league.

Phillies are not in debt and have $22m to spend in Free Agency bidding (only 3 days simmed so far). Phillies are lacking in talent, but they do have most of their draft picks and a spattering of good amateurs in single A.

Here are some details on HFTC
- HFTC
- OOTP 5 League (game required)
- Activity is required and monitored, but no silly posting rules or other incentives.
- League almost 3 years mature- founded in November of 2003
- 32 teams (MLB teams + Portland & Indy)
- Inaugural season was 2003 - currenly Feb 2018
- Started with Rocco's 2003 rosters, but after 16 seasons, we are mostly fictional now
- Sim 2x a week approx 2 weeks in each sim (a sim month per week)
- Sims are Tues and Friday (exports due 6am PST)
- Trades are processed on Monday/Thursday (1 day before sim)
- Ammy draft in June, 6 rounds
- No coaches/scouts
- Picks/Players/Cash can be traded
- Financial system based on luxury tax (does a great job in assisting smaller markets, many of our best teams are small markets)
- No salary cap
- Cash capped at $25m

- Committed to BOSI - LOTS of custom BOSI features in this league including things like:

A very competitive league and Dave is without a doubt, one of the best Commisioners in OOTP.

Still looking for the right GM for the Phillies.

Phillies are currently 10-28 being auto managed. They have arguably two of the best position players in our league at C and 3B. They do need pitching if they wanted to contend or alternately have some very nice pros that can be turned out for prospects and picks. They have 2.3m in the bank.
