Top New League Opens Application Stage

Hello, my name is Mark Guest and I will be the commissioner of the Smallball Baseball League. A little background info can be found below:

We will be using the thirty major league teams, but starting from scratch via an inaugural draft. The order of this draft will be revealed when all teams positions are filled. We have a proffesional web developer in charge of our site, as it will continue to improve. The league uses a unique free agency system, as well as a $125,000,000 salary cap. At the beginning of the league, all fan setting will be set to average.

We are currently working on our forums, so they are not available yet, but the majority of other links are. Reply in this thread with any questions or contact me via email at Commissioner@smallballonline.com.

We will be using the latest version of OOTP 6.5 until we feel that OOTP2006 is active enough or a newer version is released. The game is required. Please download the .ZIP on the constitution page before you apply, as we use unique rules that are incorporated in the league I am a member of (www.hblbaseball.com).

The Dodgers are open, previous owner quit because he decided not to send a list or make his first round pick within a four hour period and got autopicked.

They have two really nice picks so far, with SP Daisuke Matsuzaka and SP Pedro Martinez. You'd be taking them over with a chance to draft the rest of the way.
