Editing League Structure in Online Leagues
In my league I have league presidents to watch over their specific league and i was wondering if there a way once the league presidents download the file, would it work for them to edit everything they want and then export it back to me so I don't have to edit all 8 leagues the way they want it because that could take a while.

Quick answer is no.
You would have to give them your Commish password. Once one President is done his editing, he'd have to upload the file and the next President download that file and make his changes. Then upload, download, edit, upload.....etc etc until they were all done.
