SBSL Trying to Revive Itself

Hi im the new commish of SBSL and Sbsl is trying to revive our league, we have quite a few teams open and ready to be worked on. We are currently wrapping up the 07' season and heading into the 08'. Some of these teams are projects and we at sbsl acknowledge that, so the idea to make the teams somewhat more attractive would be to give these less diserables player upgrades.
