Veteran League Looking for GM's

My league is currently in May of the 2015 season, our 11th season.
There is a mix of real and game generated players.
It is an OOTP 6.51 league (I will not be upgraded to 2006).
I sim 21 days per sim on a Monday/Friday schedule.
I have a good core of very good and knowledgable GM's.
The only thing I ask of my GM's is that they are active.
The amateur draft will be next Monday and some of the available teams have top 10 picks.

Open Teams
New York Yankees: Currently 1st in the AL East. Has a decent offense, the MLB ERA leader, tons of money. Also the 10th ranked farm system in the league.

Detroit Tigers: Team's best hitter has 8-7-10-10 ratings and best pitcher is a 9-9-8-8. This team also has a ton of money and a pretty decent farm system.

New York Mets: One-time world series winners. Team's best hitter almost hit .400 one year, also one of the best pitcher's in the league. Another team with a ton of money and the 6th ranked farm system in the league.

Cleveland Indians: This is a total rebuilding job. Decent offense, not much on pitching, and only 1 top 100 prospect.

Milwaukee Brewers: A young team with a lot of money and the 7th ranked farm system.

Arizona Diamondbacks: A 2-time division winning team, has a lot of money, offense is horrible but pitching is solid, and a good farm system.

San Diego Padres: Never been very good, mainly because of a lack of an active GM, but has a couple of good hitters including Rocco Baldelli and a still effective Ben Sheets in the rotation. A fair amount of money but a bit of a shallow farm system.
