The Devil Rays are currently open.

We are a real player league, using Halofan's 2005 rosters (cause thats when we started). We are currently in 2013, our 9th season. its a very active league. we are currently scheduled to convert to OOTP2006 after this season, so if you are interested in being in a OOTP2006 league very soon, now is the time to secure your place.
