League File trouble

So I am using all the in game features for the uploading of the league file. I create the file and upload it but when the GM's try to use the "Load online league file" option under the "Game" drop down menu they get an error mesage that says "error: could not get file informtion"

Any ideas what is going wrong?

Their league folder, or saved game name, has to be exactly what you have. So if you named the file WWBL, and another person has the league called Online League, it won't work, they need it to be WWBL. Make sense?

I don't think that's it, he gave us very specific instructions. Any other ideas?

that is the only problem i've run into.

like molarmite said, the folder on your computer has to match the commish's exactly. so, if the league folder is league.lg, then league1.lg wont work.

Also, the commish has to have uploaded the file from within the game, so that the game knows where on the FTP server to look.

they for sure have the most current version of OOTP? any firewalls in play?

Well to clear up this path I uploaded the file and I just tried to download it and got the same error

Yes I did it all in game, and the upload said it completed correctly

Sounds like a typo.
Please double check the two directories defined in OOTP's FTP settings. Keep in mind that they are case-sensitive!
To be sure that everything is OK, use an FTP client software to look for the uploaded file on the server.
