Attention Commisioners...

Playing around with a program in my mind that would help the commisioners of a league. Here are my first thoughts...

1st: The program WOULD only work if you used standard Internet Mail on the computer that OOTP is installed on. No AOL mail, no Hotmail, etc.

My first thoughts on what is should do:

After the league is uploaded, e-mail all GMs to tell them the site has been updated.
Send all GMS their team news and league news
Optional for all GMs.
Send various reports by e-mail, injury reports, home run reports, etc.
Send e-mail during drafts, to inform next person that it is his turn.
Let you create articles or even send documents that you created with other programs

Any other thoughts?

That would be glorious...as long as it doesn't require Microsoft Outlook...
