Historic league with openings

Some members of a wel established league (10 seasons over 3 years, many f us are in the same fantasy baseball leagues) are looking to start a new historical league.This is a good group of guys (the old league had three seasons without losing an owner). Dedicated, fun, know our stuff.

Looking for more of the same.

We are starting in 1975 for the sim, using Ankit DB.

All the rules haven't been hashed out so you have a voice in making it how you like.

Quick sims, 5 days per sim, a sim each weekday (so 25 days a week). About 5 or 6 simseasons a year at that pace.

We will draft probably 15 rounds online then autodraft the rest.

Oh yeah, this can be fairly wild. Odd team names, lots of mother jokes, generally a locker room mentality and NFSW language and links sent around. We do it because the league is fun not because we are obsessed with simming fake players n fake teams.

Because I know you know that I know that you want in this league. That is if you are good enough. You might not be, we want no chumps. We want rockstars and badasses.

Or mainly people who pay attention.

Yeah.... you want it, I can tell by how you are dressed. You want to know we have a $20 annual fee to keep the little kids out. Dig that... yeah work it.

You will want to know there will be no fictional players, just real ones, slackers and all. Uh huh you know how I like it.

You will want to know we are going with real cities and teams. The Brewers are gone, there will be 24 teams total, join now and you can get your choice (most people haven't voiced in yet). Yeah baby, it's my birthday, spank me!

Every day you wait, the more other people decide for you. You don't want that, do you? Is Mosey gonna hafta choke a bitch?

It is Sunday and time for a bump.Yeah Sunday, when the heathens watch football and those of us smarter than that are still thinking baseball. You want to be one of the cool people, right?

Teams are still open, mostly in the AL west and NL. I swear we will have a league name today. We have a strcuture and most of the rules sorted, just nothing kickass has come out for a league name yet.

There will be 3 simdays a weekday, not as fast as I thought before. There is a $20 annual league fee (don't worry none of us think a felony is worth your $20) to keep the two week visitors out. This is a league, not a motel.

So, if you are interested, let me know. If you aren't don't let me know. I don't have time for those kind of losers. You can go watch football or something.

I know you missed me, been a while hasn't it. Don't act like you don't care, like you haven't been thinking of this league as you fall asleep, as you do the dishes as you watch internet porn. It is ok, we won't hold it against you.

Last chance people. Rules are set, elections were held, league fees are collected. We draft Monday night (7pm cst) for our initial draft, so you can still get in while the getting is good to get.

Draft is done, teams are gone, now we get to play. Three teams are open, Braves, Giants and Cubs.

You will have to accept if you want the Cubs I will call you a nancy and imply you have no testicles but that is just a personal hatred of the franchise.
